The last schooldays have started and it looks like we are all ready for holidays. It could also be possible that we just did not get enough sleep because of the moon ...
Ein paar Wochen gilt es noch durchzuhalten und dann machen wir uns auf nach Oesterreich. Wir freuen uns schon so sehr unsere Freunde wieder zu treffen und vor allem bin ich schon so neugierig, was sich so alles getan hat. Doch bis dahin sind noch ein paar Aufgaben zu erledigen. Die "Lehrerin" meiner Kleinsten bekommt bald ein Baby ... und ich strick an einem Teufelsmuetzchen :) Da sie das Geschlecht nicht wissen will, hab ich mal gelb ausgesucht.
There are still some more weeks to stay until we are off to Austria and meet (hopefully) all our friends. I am so excited to see what happend in the last year. Till than there are some things to be done. The "teacher" from my little one is expecting a baby ... and so I am making an other "devilhat" :) She doesn't want to know if it is a boy or a girl so I thought yellow might be a good colour.
Ja und weil ich noch Wolle zu Hause hatte und es hier ja dauernd kalt ist, hab ich mal mit Socken angefangen ..
Because I had wool left and I everytime get cold feet I started to make socks ... but I dont' know if they ever will be finished...
Vor einigen Wochen habe ich mit dem Sternenquilt angefangen. Ein bisschen gewachsen ist er, aber eigentlich ist er fuer die Reise gedacht. Ich bin mal gespannt, ob ich Zeit finden werde. Ansonsten starten im Herbst sicher wieder genug Kurse, wo ich gelangeweilt im Auto sitzen wuerde, wenn da der Quilt nicht waere :D
Some weeks ago I started the starquilt but it did not grow a lot. Acutally it was started for the travel but I do not know if there will be a lot of time to sew. Others there will be enough classes starting in autum again where I needed to sit bored in the car ... wouldn't there be the quilt *gg*
Zum Schluss wollte ich euch noch die Kinder der zweiten Klasse zeigen, die den No-Uniform-Day genutzt haben und in ihre huebschen Kleider der Erstkommunion geschluepft sind.
Last for today I wanted to show you the kids from the 2nd class who used the No-Uniform-Day to get dressed in their Communionclothes.
Ein Projekt gaebe es noch bei Fluffy Sheep, aber ich such noch immer eine Idee um dort mitzumachen. Was koennte man mit 28 squares aus japanischen Stoffen naehen? Noch ein Handquilt kommt nicht in Frage *gg*
