Christmas Present Swap ...

Ein kleiner Nachtrag muss noch sein. Ich hab berichtet, dass ich einer ganz lieben Freundin fuer Weihnachten die Mug Rugs genaeht habe. Puenktlich nach Weihnachten kam dann auch das Packerl aus Oesterreich mit einer riesen Ueberraschung ... ein Tablerunner und der ist soooo schoen *freu*
There is something I missed to tell you. I told you about the mug rugs I made for my friend in Austria and some days after Christmas her parcel arrived with an amazing surprise ... a gorgeous tablerunner. Isn't is beautiful? *happy* 

Die Sterne sind so schoen gearbeitet. Schade dass nun Weihnachten vorbei ist - der Christbaum muss nun  weichen, damit Platz zum tanzen ist um die Kilos wieder los zu werden - und ich den schon in die Kiste packen muss, aber immerhin durfte er noch ein paar Tage am Tisch liegen. Ich freu mich schon auf das naechste Jahr.
The stars are so beautiful made. It's a pity that Christmas is over - the tree has to make place for the dancing to lose the extra weight we gained during the holidays - and I have to pack it with all the other stuff until next year. At leas we enjoyed it some days and I am looking forward to the next Christmas. 

Aber sie hat mir auch den Wunsch nach einem neuen Notebook erfuellt. Mein letztes ist gerade dabei sich in seine Einzelteile aufzuloesen und da freute ich mich umso mehr, dass ich den Wunsch nach einem neuen aeussern durfte <3 Mehr davon findet ihr hier 
But she also fulfilled my wish for a new notebook. The last one is falling into its parts after using it for years. So I was really happy to ask for a new one. You can see more here 

Ja und dann wollte ich noch berichten, dass ich mich fuer einen Stash Bee angemeldet habe. Ist das nicht aufregend? Eine gute Moeglichkeit Bloecke zu ueben ohne dafuer gleich einen ganzen Quilt zu naehen. Ich freu mich ...
There is something else I wanted to tell you: I joined a stash bee. Isn't that exciting? I have never done that before but the swap last year was so much fun. That should be a good opportunity to make blocks without making a entire quilt. I cant wait until it starts ...
