Stash Bee April and May

Because of the travel and all the stuff that had to be done I am really late for my April Stash Bee. I did not really had a clue what I wanted to make but when I came back from Austria I thought about the house I saw there.

It was just not that easy. I started with a layout. Doesn't it look nice? Actually I don't like applique :(

When I started to look for fabrics I recognised that my stash with brown fabrics is not existing. So I tried to make the house with only this fabric.

It doesn't really look like the drawing and the wind did not make it easy to make a picture. I hope the April Bee Queen likes this little house and it was worth to wait so long. And because the sewing machine was already on the table and I had a little time left, I tried to make the May-Block as well. It was so easy to make it that I will definitely make an other one :)

I have already cut the fabrics for at least one more ...
