Goodie Swap and "Pay it forward" ...

Vor ein paar Wochen habe ich mich dazu entschlossen an einem Goodie Swap teilzunehmen. Eigentlich wollte ich schon vor dem Sommer an einem Fabric Swap teilnehmen, aber wegen dem langen Urlaub und weil es noch so viele Dinge zu erledigen gab, hat sich das eben nicht ergeben. Dieses mal wollte ich aber unbedingt mitmachen, als Cindy auf ihrem Blog davon erzaehlt hat. Ein Mug Rug Swap :) Ich mache zwei Mug Rugs und zwei Goodies und schick diese an zwei Partnerinnen .. Oh ich bin schon so aufgeregt! Heute hab ich mal die Stoffe fuer meine Partnerinnen gekauft. Leider war nicht allzuviel in der Farbwahl der Damen in meiner Kiste zu finden. Ich hoffe nun, dass ich ihren Geschmack getroffen habe und sie eine Freude mit den Farben haben werden.
Some weeks ago I joined the Goodie Swap from Cindy at http://fluffysheepquilting.blogspot.com/. Acutally I wanted to join her fabric swap in summer but because of my travell and there had been so many things to be done that it was not possible. But this time I am so glad that I have time to do the swap. I have to make two mug rugs and two goodies and will send them to two different swapers. I am so excited! I have never joined a swap before. I just did not have the right colors in my stash so I had to do a little shopping today. I hope my partners will like the colors. 

Ja und weil mir der Swap auf Facebook so gefallen hat, mach ich auch noch bei "Pay it Forward" mit. Schon mal davon gehoert? Die Idee ist ganz einfach:

1. Ich mach eine Ueberraschung fuer die ersten drei, die einen Kommentar hinterlassen. Du weisst nicht was es wird und wann es ankommt, aber es wird dich im laufe des Jahres ueberraschen :)

2. Tja und damit du mitmachen kannst, brauchst du einen blog auf dem du wiederum drei Personen suchst, die du ueberraschen kannst.

At the beginning of the year I did a craft swap on facebook and it was lots of fun. Yesterday Cindy posted a "Pay it forward" on her blog. Did you ever hear about it? It is quite simple:

1. I will make something for the first 3 people to comment on this post. What I make will be a surprise, and could arrive anytime in the next year.  It will be a random surprise in your mail box.

2. To sign up, you need to play along as well. (duhh, pay it forward) - post this, or something similar on your blog.

Anyone who wants to get a surprise from me?
