Sunshine

Die letzten Tage haben wir nicht viel gemacht. Wir wurden von der Sonne so sehr verwoehnt, dass wir die Nachmittage nur im Garten oder am Strand verbracht haben. Am Wochenende konnten wir die Sonne in Lahinch geniesen und den Wellenreitern zusehen.
The last days I did not do a lot. We had so much sunshine so we had to enjoy the days out. We stayed in the garden or on the beach. Also on the weekend we went to Lahinch and watched the surfers.

Auch am Sonntag nach einem kurzen Ausflug ins Schwimmbad und Aquarium...
On Sunday after a swim and a walk through the Aquarium ...

... wurde am Strand eine riesen Sandburg gebaut und die Surfer beobachtet. Es muss herrlich sein!
.. we went again to the beach and watched the surfers. It must be amazing!

Irgendwann probier ich es aus, wobei ich schon auf ruhiger See noch nie am Brett geblieben bin. Zurueck in Galway haben wir noch zwei wunderbare Tage am Strand verbracht. Sogar live Musik wurde uns im Hintergrund geboten.
One day I will give it a try but the last time I tried to stand on a board on a calm lake I failed. Back in Galway we hat an other two gorgeous days on the beach and on the last one we had live music in the back. It can be so beautiful in Ireland!

Tja, so wie es aussieht war es das wieder mit dem Sommer, aber vielleicht kehrt er ja puenktlich zum Ocean Race nochmal wieder :)
It looks like the summer is gone again and I hope at least for the Ocean Race it will come again :)
