I lost my sewing motivation somewhere in October and I absolutely did not want to sit down and sew. This was the first time I did not have fun making the Bee blocks. But they had to be done. Today I made the second block for the Modern Irish Bee. Karen, I am so sorry for being late! The first block was done weeks ago. Only the border is missing as I did not get enough fabric. So I tried my best to do the other one today. Scrappy Hearts! I had to piece the background as it was not wide enough. I hope Karen likes them. This will be a gorgeous quilt!
The other thing I started today was searching for scraps for the Scrappy Swap. I am happy that all the scraps are in a box now but I found just blue ones. Looks like I love blue. I hope my partner likes these as well. If not, I go digging again and I am sure I will find some other colors hidden.

I also started to make the little thingy for my partner. I want to make a HST pattern so I made them and laid them out. Unfortunately the time ran out so I just made a little cup holder with the left over HSTs. I am happy how the points match. Looks like there is nothing to be scared of any more!
